MADDEN CHALLENGE 2006 $500 PREPARATION TOURNAMENT I

"SATURDAY AUGUST 13TH, 2005"

1ST PRIZE: $500.00 & CHAMPIONSHIP BELT

We will be going by the EA Madden Challenge 2006 Rules In Preparation Of This Years Tournament.  Full Rules Will Be Given Out On-Site.  X-Box & PS II systems will be used for Tournament.  This Years EA Madden Challenge Will Be On X-Box.

Onsite Tournament Registration. Tournament Start Time Will Be 7pm.  Onsite registration will open one (1) hour (local time) before the official start of Tournament play will remain open until all available registration slots are filled. Early registration is highly recommended.

1. Entry. CONTESTANTS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY A TWENTY-DOLLAR ($20.00) EARLY ENTRY FEE IN ORDER TO COMPETE OR ($30.00) THE DAY OF TOURNAMENT. To enter, register online or BY PHONE as described below.   Please bring your own sticks to the game.  Joysticks will be available at your own risk.  No Special Controllers Allowed.  No memory cards are allowed.  Original rosters will be used only.  Only Regular NFL teams are allowed to be used. No Special Teams May Be Used.  Same team play allowed.  Game Fatigue Will Be Off.

2. (4) Two-minute quarters will be played in all games except for the final round of play. Final round will be four (3) minute quarters.

3. Substitutions and audible adjustments will take place in the beginning of each game following the coin toss. Each player will have two minutes each to make any adjustments.

4. During game play, timeouts must be used when making any substitutions or audible adjustments. One minute only is given for timeout adjustments.

5. Each player has one minute to make any half time adjustments and if overtime is required one minute is given for adjustments as well.

6. No coaching by friends or family members during game play at any time of the game.

7. Each competitor has a five-minute grace period to report before being disqualified once called for game play.

8. No screen blockage (standing in front of screens) allowed when making changes during game play.  No screen juggling, shaking, or jumping (by pressing buttons) during kicks or any other part of game play.

10. Tournament seeding will be determined by Tournament Director.

11. Elimination from the tournament will result from any of the previous rules being ignored.

2. (4) Three-Minute quarters will be played in all games with 4 Fouls instead of 6 Being allowed Per Game for each team. Final round will be four (4) minute quarters. This is done to make the game as close to the real thing as possible when based on only 3 and 4 minute quarters.

6. Camera View will be set to Default unless both competitors agree on different Camera Mode.
